We use the best quality 3:1 polyolefin heat-shrink tubing with no adhesive. Due to proper sizing, quality, and application; there is no slippage. This ensures the fildelity of the connector while leaving no residue in case there is a need to remove and repair components. However, in some rare instances, heat shrink with adhesive may be used depending on the application and if the type of cable and/or materials calls for an irremovable fit.
Heat shrink comes in two precision cut variants:
