Important Shipping Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of our control.
- International shipping may take 7–21 days or longer due to customs processing.
- Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Wired In is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of delivery refusal, address errors, or returned packages.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
In-stock and premade items are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays may begin processing the following business week.
Custom and made-to-order items, including custom cables, are produced specifically for each order and have an estimated production timeline of 6–8 weeks prior to shipment.
Production timelines for custom items are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to custom requests, hardware or material availability, manufacturing or supplier delays, or quality-control requirements. In rare cases, timelines may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will provide updates as they become available.

Free shipping applies to domestic orders of $150 or more.
Overnight delivery is only available for delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Wired In ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation, Tracking & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, Wired In is not responsible for delays, tracking discrepancies, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Delivery timelines, tracking scans, and final delivery are determined by the carrier.
We will assist with filing claims or initiating carrier investigations when applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Wired In is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping. All such fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages During Shipping
Wired In is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required to complete the claim.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to most countries. Free shipping promotions apply to domestic orders only and do not apply to international shipments.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
For USPS shipments weighing under 2 lbs, a fixed shipping rate of $14.99 may be available. This rate does not apply to certain group buys, pre-orders, and special releases.
Customers may select upgraded shipping speeds or alternate carriers at checkout. At our discretion, we may adjust the shipping carrier or service level if a more efficient or secure option is available, without additional cost to the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries
We attempt to validate all shipping addresses at checkout.
If an address cannot be validated, we will attempt to contact the customer for correction. If we are unable to confirm a valid address, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Wired In is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or for packages that cannot be recovered due to address errors or refused delivery.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, please notify us as soon as possible:
