How this works. Placing an order reserves your exact configuration and tells us how many units to build. A group buy runs for a set window; a pre-order secures an upcoming production run — for this release they work the same way: your order holds your spot in the run.
Before you order:
- This is a pre-order and cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Product images are renders — created to represent the final product as accurately as possible. Because they are renders rather than photographs, production pieces may vary slightly in finish, tone, or detail, and aren’t guaranteed to match a render exactly.
- Discount codes don’t apply to pre-orders; if used, the balance is invoiced before fulfillment.
- In-stock items in the same order ship together once every item is ready — the longest-lead item sets the ship date.
- Want an in-stock item sooner? Place a separate order, or contact us to request split fulfillment (shipping is invoiced per shipment).
- Custom, made-to-order items can’t be combined with a pre-order — please order those separately.
