Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Orders containing custom or made-to-order items, including custom cables, cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Because custom items are produced specifically for each order, any cancellation request submitted after an order has entered production will not be accepted.
For in-stock items, cancellation requests may be submitted only before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return or exchange policy.
