Abstract Minimal is not loud. It doesn’t try to impress from across the room. It rewards attention instead.

Designed by Wired In and manufactured by Keyreative, AM explores restraint as a design language. Clean geometry, intentional spacing, and subtle iconography replace visual noise, creating a set that feels engineered rather than decorated. Every legend, accent, and novelty serves a purpose, balancing modern industrial influence with a calm, architectural presence on the desk. Even the dot-matrix number system exists with intent, filling layout gaps while introducing a quiet visual rhythm to monochrome builds.

Abstract Minimal was created for setups that value clarity, proportion, and intention. It complements modern industrial boards, muted anodizations, and clean workspace environments, allowing the keyboard to feel like a cohesive object rather than a collection of parts.

Colors

  • Base: A very light, slightly cool grey that feels soft in person. Clean without being sterile. We call it Driftstone.

  • Dark Mods: A medium-dark graphite grey with a subtle cool tone. It contrasts the alphas beautifully without looking harsh or overly bold.

  • Orange Accent: Our signature Tech Orange. Slightly red-leaning, confident, and industrial. It brings energy without overpowering the set.

  • Cyan Accent: Our new Ambient Cyan, designed to complement the orange perfectly. Not an obvious pairing on paper, but in practice, it just works.

Pre-ordering reserves one unit from our confirmed production quantity. This is not an unlimited group buy. Once the allocated production run is sold out, additional units will not be guaranteed.

By placing a pre-order, you are securing your set from the quantity being manufactured.

Estimated production and fulfillment timelines will be provided on the product page and updated as necessary. Please note that production timelines are subject to change.

Any remaining units from this production run will be released as in-stock inventory after fulfillment of all pre-orders. In-stock units may be subject to an increased MSRP.

Just Enough

We didn’t reinvent the wheel. Instead, we refined what already works, making subtle adjustments to improve legibility and consistency at real-world viewing angles. The result feels instantly familiar, yet more resolved. Balanced in scale and weight, neither too bold nor too delicate. Simply... right.

The Artisan

A striking layered design by Max Voltar (MVKB), where the lines of a speaker subtly emerge through a mixed-media grille. The base is crafted from Matrox, a slightly translucent plastic that adds depth and light diffusion. Each artisan will be produced in Salvun’s Workshop.

The Kable

We recently spoke with the community about releasing a stocked Wired In factory USB 2.0 cable. While it didn’t make much sense as a standalone product with XX launching, it made perfect sense as an affordable option that color-matches our releases.
